How to reach the studio
If you are a runner working on a hard split, a moderator maintaining route notes for a community, or a documentation contributor improving practice guides — this is the right place. Dalbit Paceworks is a small independent studio based in Seoul. We read every message, but we reply faster when you pick the right topic.
We support English and Korean. If you attach run logs, route files, or split exports, include a short description of what you were doing when the issue appeared. For bug reports related to specific modules, select the matching topic below and mention the version you are using.
Response time is usually 1–2 business days. For urgent timing discrepancies, flag the message with ‘[URGENT]’ in the subject line — we prioritise these during Korean business hours (09:00–18:00 KST).
